1. About FITRA

FITRA is a Bali-based wellness discovery and membership platform operated by FITRA ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Member accounts

To access member benefits, you must create a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your member QR code is personal and non-transferable. Do not share it with others.

3. Member perks and discounts

Discounts and offers are provided by our partner businesses at their discretion. FITRA does not guarantee the availability of any specific offer. Partners may change or withdraw offers at any time.

Perks are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale of member benefits is prohibited.

4. Events

Event details, pricing, and availability are set by event hosts. FITRA is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or the quality of events.

Cancellation of event registrations is subject to the cancellation window specified for each event.

5. Partner businesses

Businesses listed on FITRA ("Partners") are independent third parties. FITRA does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any partner business.

Partners agree to honour the offers listed on FITRA for valid member QR codes. FITRA reserves the right to remove partners who do not meet our quality standards.

6. Class booking

Members can book classes through FITRA. Class booking is currently free; paid booking is not yet available. Bookings are subject to each gym's capacity and any cancellation window shown on the class. We may introduce additional terms when paid booking launches, and will notify users beforehand.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your QR code or account credentials
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse partner offers
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
• Impersonate other users or businesses

8. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@fitra.asia.

9. Limitation of liability

FITRA is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of FITRA after changes constitutes acceptance.
