Vendor Guide
What your FITRA dashboard looks like, screen by screen. From setting up your profile to reading your analytics. Each phone below is an example screen.
Set up your profile
Your Profile tab is where you fill in your business name, category, location, description, photos, opening hours, and contact links. This is exactly what becomes your public listing.
Once you're approved and the checklist is complete. Name, a detailed description, at least one offer, and a photo. The Go live toggle unlocks. You control it, and can hide yourself again any time.

Create your offer
On the Offers tab, tap Add offer and fill in the steps: a title, the discount percentage, photos, and an optional schedule (specific days or hours only, if you want). Hit save and it's live.
Add as many offers as you like. Each with its own photos and schedule. You can edit, hide, or reorder them any time, and your first offer is the one shown on search results and list cards.

How members redeem
There's nothing to install and nothing to scan on your side. And no GPS or location check. The member opens your offer in the app and taps Activate right at your counter.
1. They show your team this screen
Your offer and the percentage off. Your staff apply it manually, like any other discount. No device needed.
2. They log what they paid (optional)
This is what powers your spend and savings analytics. The visit always counts, even if they skip this step.
3. It records on your end
Every activation lands in your Activity and Analytics tabs automatically, so you can see who came and when.
Checkout verification (on by default)
Members get an extra option to scan your own checkout QR code — a separate code from your profile QR, made just for this — to confirm their visit. Still nothing for your team to do, it's entirely member-driven, but it unlocks logging what they paid and leaving a review for the member, and gives you a proof-of-visit stat in Analytics. Turn it off in your Profile tab if you'd rather members just self-report.
Print your checkout QR (download it from the Profile tab, in sticker, table card, or poster size) and keep it right where payment happens — a small plastic stand on the counter or a sticker on the card reader works well. A code members can't easily find defeats the point.

Track your activity
Every activation is recorded permanently in your Activity tab. Promotions activated, recorded spend, average spend, plus this month, repeat members, and your member rating.
The table lists each member and when they came, tagged Self when they activated it themselves. Records can't be edited once created, so the numbers here are always trustworthy.

Read your analytics
Your Analytics tab turns raw activations into the story: unique members reached (new and returning), repeat rate, average recorded spend, and how many times your offer was activated. Switch the range at the top between the last 7 days, this month, or all time.
You also get two benchmarks against the platform average: one on redemptions and one on repeat rate, so you can see at a glance whether your offer is pulling its weight, or needs a refresh.
If you've turned on Checkout verification, a Verified visits card appears too, showing how many activations were confirmed by a scan and what share of your total that is.

Repeat rate vs FITRA average
That's the whole loop. Profile, offer, redemption, and the numbers that tell you it's working.
