Event Host Guide
What your FITRA dashboard looks like, screen by screen. From setting up your profile to checking attendees in at the door. Each phone below is an example screen.
Set up your host profile
Your Host Profile holds your host name, bio, photos, and links. This is what members see on your events and public page.
Once your profile is complete and the FITRA team has approved you, the Go live toggle unlocks. You control it, and can hide yourself again any time.

Create an event
Add an event with a name, category, description, photos, date and time (in Bali time), a venue, capacity, and an optional cancellation cutoff. Events are free or pay-at-the-door. No money moves through FITRA.
Save it as a draft to finish later, or publish it live right away. Spots remaining are tracked automatically as members register.

Manage registrations
Your Events tab lists everything by Upcoming, Past, or Draft. Each row shows how many of your spots are filled, and the count updates automatically as members register or cancel.
Tap any event to see its full details, and use Duplicate to spin up the same event again a week later as a draft.

Check attendees in at the door
At the door, open Check-in and pick your event. You can scan each member's QR code, or just tap their name in the attendee list to mark them arrived.
A live count shows how many are registered and how many have checked in, so you always know who's still to arrive.
